How long is a Session?

1:1 sessions run 50 mins. Please be on time.

What do I wear for a Session?

Comfortable clothing is best. Nothing too tight that might limit mobility. We sometimes sit on the floor or do some movement exercises.

What do I bring to a Session?

You can bring water and a journal to take notes if you wish. I suggest you eat something light before the session, as moving energy can make you hungry.

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

You can do that in the equity from the email you received with the appointment confirmation. You can also text or call me.

Cancellations must be made 24 hrs. before to get a full refund.

All sessions must be paid for at the time of booking.
