With a foundation in developmental trauma healing, somatic movement, and hands-on energy medicine, Michelle developed the Into the Body method—a multidimensional approach that integrates self-inquiry, somatic meditation, energy healing, and movement. Her methodology empowers people to reconnect with their inner resources, dissolve limiting patterns, and access the body’s innate intelligence for healing and growth.
Michelle’s practice is grounded in 30+ years of experience in movement and embodiment work, including influences from Anna Halprin and Emilie Conrad. She is a graduate of the four-year Brennan Healing Science Program and has trained in Gabor Maté's Suicide Attention Training. Michelle also studied ancestral wisdom and ritual healing under Ecuadorian medicine woman Carmen Vicente, deepening her connection and knowledge of the traditions of her native Peru.
In addition to her private healing practice in Miami, Michelle works with executives, adolescents, and creative teams, offering individual sessions, group programs, and leadership facilitation rooted in embodied awareness. She works fluently in both English and Spanish, supporting a diverse and global community with sensitivity and cultural care. Her work is trauma-informed, heart-centered, and designed to help people return home to their bodies—where their power, truth, and vitality reside.
Before entering the healing arts full-time, Michelle was the co-founder and CEO of Citrine by the Stones, an artisanal jewelry brand carried by 250+ boutiques worldwide. She holds a B.B.A. in Design Management from Parsons School of Design and brings an entrepreneurial spirit to everything she creates.
At the core of Michelle’s work is the belief that the body holds our deepest wisdom—and when we learn to listen, feel, and trust its signals, we unlock the potential for healing, joy, and embodied freedom.

“I am Michelle Stone, a wife and mother of two boys. I believe in the body; it holds our wisdom and it also holds our experiences. It is our sacred and unique vessel in this lifetime. The body has an innate ability to move towards self-healing when we learn to listen to what it needs and trust its process. Our life starts to flow with ease.”
