Michelle is a highly specialized practitioner in the field of somatic healing (relating to the body) with a focus on a compassionate, heart-centered therapeutic approach to address trauma, difficulties, and anxieties in adolescents and individuals.

The body is the vehicle to navigate emotions and perspectives. As such, it is the main arena in which Michelle fulfills her life mission, harnessing the power of movement, flow, coherency, and sensuality to allow people to connect to the energy of joy and play, as this energy unlocks their own magic and life force.

She works with self-inquiry process work, energy healing, movement, and somatic meditation to thread the connection between the mind, body, emotions, and spirit to create coherency.

Gabor Mate’s Compassionate Inquiry Suicide Attention Training

Brennan Healing School of Science - BHSP

Parsons School of Design BBA Design Marketing

Michelle recently completed the Compassionate Inquiry Suicide Attention and Distress Training program from Gabor Mate. She felt the importance of having more resources to provide for the teens and adolescents she works with.

She is a Brennan Healing School of Science graduate, a 4-year program focused on developmental trauma, extensive hands-on healing energy skills, psychodynamics, and the evolution of the human spirit.

In addition, Michelle has studied dance and movement for over 30 years, shaping, informing, and enriching her life. She focused on various forms of movement expression, body-mind centering, inner exploration & relationships to access the body's deep wisdom and bring forth trust, joy, and embodiment to life. Understanding our body’s language creates trust, safety, and the ability to nourish ourselves and stabilize our mental health and emotions.

She studied for 16 months with Carmen Vicente, an Ecuadorian Medicine Woman and Artist, whom Michelle initially fell in love with, reminding her of the ways of her native country, Peru.  Carmita brings people together to revitalize the memory of the earth's ancient cultures and renew awareness of the relationship between Spirit and life.

Michelle’s private healing practice is in Miami.

Michelle is an entrepreneur at heart. She has a B.B.A from Parsons School of Design in Design Management. She was the co-founder and CEO of Citrine by the Stones, an artisanal jewelry brand sold in over 250 specialty stores and boutiques worldwide, along with her mother and sister.

“I am Michelle Stone, a wife and mother of two boys. I believe in the body; it holds our wisdom and it also holds our experiences. It is our sacred and unique vessel in this lifetime. The body has an innate ability to move towards self-healing when we learn to listen to what it needs and trust its process. Our life starts to flow with ease.”
